Can you make me a custom order?
I no longer do custom orders as standard. Please enquire about custom paint jobs or customisations to existing products but they may not be available at certain busy times. I have an ongoing list of products that I am developing - instead of asking for a custom order you are free to submit an idea for my to-make list via the contact form on the website, by message or email, and if chosen I will aim to allow you first chance to buy any resulting products.
How often do new products arrive on your shop?
I update my products on the shop weekly every Thursday. I'll send out a reminder on my social media channels when new products are added.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
I offer gift wrapping! For an extra fee of £4 the item(s) will be wrapped and then placed within the standard plain box or bag packaging with a hand-written gift note if required. The gift wrap will be gender and occasion neutral.
Do you offer payment plans on your products?
I am happy to consider payment plans to spread the cost of any item of £150 and over. Please get in touch to discuss this as it will require the purchase be completed differently than a standard order.
Can I return my purchase and get a refund?
I do not accept returns under normal circumstances, but if there are any issues with your order please get in touch with me asap. Please also make sure that you read the item description thoroughly to ensure you are purchasing the correct item before buying as most products are unique. Digital products are clearly marked and will be non-refundable due to the nature of the product.
How long will it take my order to get to me and how much does shipping cost?
UK Postage is set at a fixed price with no extra fees for multiple items. All items will be sent first class with Royal Mail and should arrive within 1-2 working days. I'm happy to arrange signed-for or tracked shipping for an extra fee - just send me a message before purchasing.
All International Postage costs are set based on your location. Due to Brexit and the pandemic, I've had over half of all international orders go missing in the last year so I am now only providing tracked and signed shipping internationally. This means the cost will be higher but the peace of mind to know where the item is and when you can expect it should be worth the extra charge. I simply can't afford to refund any more lost orders. If you have any queries about shipping or delivery just get in touch before you purchase.
Do I have to pay tax on my order?
Etsy automatically calculates taxes for International orders, and all tax is included for UK based sales. Due to the ongoing difficulties with Brexit, taxes and customs fees are subject to change.
What options do I have for payment?
All sales are finalised on Etsy and the payment is taken through Etsy Payments. This allows you the most payment options, the best buyer protection as well as payment in your local currency. This is subject to change and outwith my control so please find the answers on the Etsy website for the most up-to-date accurate information.
Can I sell things made with your products?
Any downloadable products such as SVG files or patterns can be used for personal or commercial uses (small business only, no factory manufacturing). Please credit me as DeviousFX Studios and list my website www.deviousfxstudios.com on any descriptions.
Will your masks be suitable for me if I have a latex allergy?
Materials used are listed in each item description. Latex masks will of course contain latex, please get in touch if you need any more information on allergies or to enquire about latex-free products.
